Expression can be considered one of the most striking characteristics of human beings, once our actions, constructions and societies express what we are. The greatest challenge facing our contemporary society nowadays is the search for a lifestyle which excels in expressing sustainability, while preserving high living standards and assuring rights.
Growing urbanized and technological societies, with their increasingly ageing populations, call for solutions in terms of urban planning, implementation of great enterprises, which manufacture goods for consumption, large-scale production of foodstuffs and preservation of the fauna and flora, which in turn assure the biological diversity considered essential for the preservation of life. All these actions depend on a complex system of resources and articulate several social players.
Expressão Socioambiental Pesquisa e Projetos is focused on the development of two key aspects which can be synthesized as Sustainability and Quality of Life, thus comprising all social processes which are deemed relevant for the construction of adequate understanding of the players involved, based on parity and social justice.
